Pick-Up Fee Details.


A $25 fully refundable fee will be charged upon your Pick-Up Appointment confirmation. 

The $25 fee will be refunded upon selling or consigning all items picked up with Luxus & Invoco as long as no changes were made to the appointment by the customer within 5 hours of the original scheduled time & date.


The $25 fee will NOT be refunded if any of the follow occur. 

  • Cancelation or changes made to the appointment by the customer within 5 hours of the appointment time.
  • If customer declines to sell or consign any items after valuation by Luxus & Invoco.
  • Customer would like items returned without an additional pick-up.
